West Highland White Terrier
Their eyes are of average size, with the distance between the eyes relatively wide, almond-shaped, dark brown, deep-set, and look alert and intelligent. The eye circles are black. The ears are small and erect, located on both sides of the head, and the ears are very pointed. The nose is big and black.
The neck muscles are well developed; the topline is flat and level whether standing or walking; the body is compact and thick; the waist is short, wide and thick; the front legs are muscular, strong and relatively short , legs straight, covered with deep, short, brittle hair; thigh muscles are very developed.
The tail is relatively short and shaped like a carrot. When the dog is standing, the tail is erect, covered with brittle hair and untrimmed. The base of the tail is set high so the spine does not tilt downward.
The coat is pure white, brittle, hard, and straight. So you should always take care of it. The walking gait is free, straight, calm yet powerful. Past interviews and retreats are not parallel to each other.
